This show was formerly known as Ferraris on 5th. The local chapter of the Ferrari Club of America hosts the event and eventually expanded the show to include additional makes.
Admission to the show is a suggested $5 donation to a charity. This year, the show benefitted St. Matthew's House and the cars drew a crowd of people numbering in the thousands.
Among the many notable cars on display were a 1967 Lamborghini 400GT, a Koenigsegg CCX, Porsche 918, Lamborghini Aventador SV, and many others. There was something for every automotive taste; American muscle cars, Italian exotics, an entire section of Porsches, several classics, and even some oddities (like a Barbie Jeep?)
Esoteric Auto Detail was in attendance with their incredible show car which recently underwent a 100-hour detail! See a video of that process here. You can expect to see this car at our meets and events throughout the season. You have never seen carbon fiber looking so nice.
Thanks to Columbus-area resident (who wisely spends his winters in Naples) and Cars on 5th committee member Jay Scott for his hospitality at the show! He proudly displayed an OSU flag on the front of his Ferrari 458 Spider for instant Columbus recognition.
Our next out-of-town adventure will be at the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance in August. Stay tuned for coverage from McCall Motorworks Revival, The Quail Automotive Gathering, Concorso Italiano, and more!
