Code of conduct
Before you attend an event on our schedule, you must read and follow the Code of Conduct carefully. Full compliance with the policies below are a mandatory condition of attending events hosted by Columbus Cars and Coffee LLC. Anyone in violation of the Code of Conduct will be escorted to an exit and may be banned from future events, in addition to potential fines and charges by law enforcement.
Safe Driving Requirement
We have a strict policy against speeding, burnouts, excessive engine revs, etc. Attendees must always respect our hosts, sponsors, staff, and the community at large by driving safely. You may be ticketed and/or banned if you violate this policy.
No Advertising
No event flyers, business cards, handouts, free samples, invitations, pamphlets, leaflets, etc will be distributed without prior written permission from Columbus Cars and Coffee LLC. Do not advertise cars for sale. No auto dealer inventory is allowed, except from our sponsors.
No Drugs or Alcohol
No drug or alcohol use is permitted.
Caution with Drones
Our events attract large crowds and feature high value vehicles. Some events are also located near airports or involve air traffic. Follow all applicable laws and safety guidelines when operating a drone and always prioritize safety.
Do Not Touch Cars
The cars at our meets are displayed for everyone to see, but do not touch a car without permission from the owner.
No Roadway Photography/Filming
Remain a safe distance from the road at all times. No photography or filming from the roadway, medians, etc. is permitted. If you are seen in the roadway, you will be asked to leave. Do not block sight lines of drivers entering/exiting an event.
No Unsupervised Minors
No unsupervised minors are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Columbus Cars and Coffee are not public car shows, they are car meets, intended for the owners of the cars to gather.
