Today was a great example of what Columbus Cars and Coffee is all about.

We want to thank our partners at Nationwide Insurance for helping us create an incredible meet today in the Arena District. While we have hosted meets in the area before, Nationwide helped us take it to a whole new level, complete with live music, coffee and donuts from Das KaffeeHaus, and a team of dedicated staff to support our efforts in closing the streets and delivering a great event to our members.

The parking areas on West Street, Nationwide Bvld, and the Nationwide Arena plaza all filled up before 10:30AM and the CC&C Crew hurried to find any additional parking as cars continued to pour in from multiple directions. Thank you to our team for their hard work in accommodating as many cars as possible!

Car Week is the name given to the collection of car shows, parties, drives, races, auctions, and more taking place in Monterey, California each August. These events are the ultimate destination for any car fanatic.

Although it is thousands of miles from Columbus, Car Week has many ties to Columbus and our car community. Several of our Cars and Coffee members, sponsors, friends, and partners participate in the events each year. Collectible cars are bought, sold, and displayed by Columbus residents on a regular basis. This year, we decided to head back to Monterey after a two-year hiatus for Car Week.

We enjoyed attending McCall's Motorworks Revival, The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering, Exotics on Cannery Row, some great auctions, and enjoying all the sights and sounds of being surrounded by every dream car on Earth.

The greatly anticipated Nationwide Meet in the Arena District has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 27th from 10:00 until 12:00. The location has not changed, join us at McFerson Commons park next to 191 W. Nationwide Bvld (look for the arch!)

Guests can look forward to live music, complimentary coffee and refreshments, and a display of exotic and classic cars in reserved display parking areas.

Visitors and spectators may take advantage of nearby parking garages for convenient access to the event.

Our sincere thanks to Nationwide for their help in creating this exciting new event. We are thrilled to return to downtown Columbus after a multi-season hiatus!

Our new event with Nationwide Insurance will mark the return of Columbus Cars and Coffee to the Arena District. Unfortunately, our original date for this event, Saturday, August 13th, appears likely to be full of rain showers and thunderstorms.

We will reschedule this event for another weekend soon. Stay tuned to the Schedule page for updates.
